Not only was she diligent in her search efforts, but she also took the time to truly listen to our preferences and evolve the search. She picked up on my hesitations and insisted we keep looking when she could tell I wasn't 100% satisfied. Also, she's a fighter when it came to negotiating the purchase price and helped get the best deal.Her 3rd party resources during inspection, financing, and post purchase were invaluable.     From first meeting Rachael, we could tell she really knew how the realty market works in Southern California. We are from Chicago and we were looking for a second residence. We had limited time to search and needed to have an agent that could understand our wants and likes, find locations within our budget, and be able to negotiate for us, as if we were in California. My wife and I loved many of the properties she showed us but especially like one in particular. She helped us through the offer negotiation, provided inspectors for virtually everything, which led to a price concession, helped line up professional workers, and kept in close contact throughout the process.     what an amazing person rachael is ! Rachael has walked me through the process of selling my home of ten plus years, to finding a new home that better suits my needs at this time in my life. She has been insightful, creative, resourceful, quick to take action, and a wonderful source of support at my side during this transition. She has hung in there and fought for me, so that my needs were met, and my rights were protected. I did not know Rachael before this transactions, and a friend of mine had referred me to her. She is forward, bright, active, and is quick to pick up on cues. she has a wealth of knowledge, and a plethora of resources ! she is easy to work with and what a delight she is ! My home was placed on the market on feb. 5th, and sold by feb. 18th. she diligently held open houses on the weekends, and put the word out. she gathered a crew of terrific house painters who freshened up my house to be put on the market. she brought in a fantastic videographer/photographer who took beautiful pictures of my home, and advertised it. she got in a cleaning crew and brought in a handyman to haul away my unwanted paraphenelia . my home looked better than ever before, and more spacious !!! the handyman has also fixed a few things around the house that needed fixing. she is a go getter, and you will be pleased.
